Who runs this site
AIAUTOMIC is the advisory practice of Sheshakanth Munagapati, based in Hyderabad, India. For anything in this policy, including requests to see or delete your data, write to hello@aiautomic.com.
What this site collects, and when
Nothing is collected passively beyond ordinary server logs. Everything else happens because you chose to do something.
Forms you fill in
- Follow along. Your email address, so occasional build updates can reach you.
- Founder Teardown. Your name, email address, and a short description of what you are building, so the download can be sent and the reply can be relevant.
- Course enrolment, when a cohort is open. Your name, email address, phone number and organisation.
Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms and stored in the site's Netlify account. They are not passed to an email marketing platform, a CRM, or anyone else.
The chat assistant
If you use the assistant on this site, the messages you type are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a reply, and the reply is sent back to your browser. AIAUTOMIC does not store those conversations. Anthropic processes them under its own terms as an API provider. Please do not put confidential information into it. It is a website assistant, not a secure channel.
The course portal
If you have a student access code, entering it validates the code and issues a short-lived signed token to your browser so the course content can load. The code, and the name attached to it where one was issued, are the only personal data involved.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard access logs including IP address, timestamp, and which pages were requested. These are ordinary infrastructure logs, used for security and troubleshooting, and they are not linked to any other data held about you.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. That means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. This is the one third party that sees a request from every visitor, and it is disclosed here because it is easy to overlook.
Booking a call
The "Book a Call" button opens Google Calendar's appointment scheduling on Google's own domain. Anything you enter there is handled by Google under its privacy policy, not this one.
What this site does not collect
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, no Hotjar. Nothing counts or profiles visitors.
- No advertising or social pixels. No Meta pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no retargeting of any kind.
- No tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies for advertising or measurement.
- No sale or sharing of personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
The site's content security policy restricts outbound connections to the site's own origin, which is why the list above can be stated plainly rather than hedged.
Who else processes your data
- Netlify, for hosting, form submissions and server logs.
- Anthropic, for chat assistant messages only, and only while generating a reply.
- Google, for font delivery, and for appointment scheduling if you book a call.
- Google Workspace, for email, if you write in or a form reply reaches you.
How long it is kept
Form submissions are kept while there is a reason to keep them: an open conversation, an active engagement, or a mailing list you are on. When there is no longer a reason, they are deleted. If you ask for removal, it happens within 30 days. Netlify's server logs expire on Netlify's own schedule.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable form. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you comparable rights to access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal.
To exercise any of them, email hello@aiautomic.com. No particular form of words is needed. You will get a reply, and if the answer is that no data is held about you, you will be told that too.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. If you visit Google Calendar or another external service through a link here, that service may set its own, governed by its own policy.
Children
This site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. There is no mailing list for policy changes; the date is the record.
